1:50–2:20 PM — Priority Alignment Session (Priorities Working Group) -- interactive discussion to ensure the private sector enters the DOE Dialogue and Advocacy Day with a unified set of actionable priorities
-- Review and refine the sector’s key priorities
-- Identify which priorities must be emphasized to DOE -Prepare for consistency across Hill meetings
-- Capture consensus live
2:20–3:00 PM — Breakout: “Messages for Capitol Hill” (Marine‑Energy‑Specific Advocacy Training)
