Jonathan DiCesare manages regulatory compliance and FERC licensing for Patriot Hydro’s nationwide fleet of 41 hydroelectric projects, including five currently in relicensing or surrender. He also engages at both the state and federal levels, advocating for the unique value of small hydropower through regulatory and legislative proceedings. Prior to joining Patriot Hydro, Jonathan built and led the regulatory team at Dichotomy Power, supporting the company’s growth to more than 20 projects across the Northeast.
