Steven Lieberman has more than 25 years of experience in the electric industry specializing in regulatory affairs and wholesale energy market and resource adequacy construct design. Mr. Lieberman is a recognized leader in the regulatory arena and has participated as a panelist at numerous trade conferences and at technical conferences in front of FERC Staff and Commissioners. His work has been applied to resource adequacy studies, integrated resource plans, and generation and transmission asset valuations. Mr. Lieberman has provided expert analysis and support in litigated cases before state and federal jurisdictions. He is expert in building coalitions, driving diverse groups to consensus, and fostering relationships with his peers. Mr. Lieberman also serves in leadership positions within various trade associations.
