Joseph's experience working for both trade groups and Members of Congress has equipped him with a deep understanding of the legislative process and the importance of building consensus among diverse stakeholders. He is passionate about finding policy solutions that address the complex challenges facing his clients and helping them understand the often invisible but very real political realities that impact every decision in Washington. Joseph's areas of focus include: Energy, Manufacturing, Environment and Technology Policy and Strategic Policy Development.

Prior to joining Lot Sixteen, Joseph was Vice President, Government Relations, NEMA; Director, Government Relations, National Park Foundation, and Legislative Director, U.S. Representative Paul Tonko (D-NY).
