Tim Konnert

Tim Konnert is the Deputy Director of the Division of Hydropower Licensing (DHL) with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Energy Projects. Tim has been with the Commission since 2002, when he began as a fish biologist. He then went on to manage DHL’s Midwest Branch and West Branch before beginning his current position in 2024. Tim has a B.A. in Biology from the College of Wooster, and an M.S. in Aquatic Ecology from Florida International University.
