Natalie Joubert

Role: Table Facilitator

Ms. Joubert joined Hull Street Energy in 2025. Her primary responsibilities include regulatory affairs, communications, and public relations. Ms. Joubert has over 15 years of experience advising energy companies, federal and state governments and political campaigns on energy and climate policy, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and political affairs. She joined the firm from National Grid, plc where she served as a director of federal government relations, working to advance the company’s interests before the U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch. Prior, she held a similar role at Pacific Gas & Electric Company for five years. Earlier in her career, she held positions at the U.S. Department of Energy and a multi-client government affairs firm. Ms. Joubert attended Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Arts in Political Science.
