Jenna Mandell-Rice

Jenna Mandell-Rice is a partner in the Seattle office of Van Ness Feldman and is the co-leader of the firm’s Environmental, Natural Resources, and Land Use practice.  She advises hydropower licensees and license applicants on original licenses, relicensing, FERC exemptions, and license compliance, and represents licensees in contested hearings and litigation. Her work with hydropower developers is informed by extensive experience working with federal and state natural resource agencies and navigating a range of natural resources, environmental, and water law issues.
