Madden Sciubba is the project coordinator for the Section 247 Maintaining and Enhancing Hydroelectricity Incentive for the Hydroelectric Incentives Program within the Department of Energy’s Grid Deployment Office. Previously, she served as the Section 242 Hydroelectric Production Incentive coordinator. And prior to joining the Hydroelectric Incentives program, Madden supported the Water Power Technologies Office at DOE.
