Karrie Carnes

Karrie is a digital communications strategist at Bonneville Power Administration and the former chair of NHA’s public affairs committee. With more than 20 years of strategic public relations and stakeholder engagement experience, Karrie has spent the last eight years helping educate the Northwest about the benefits provided by hydropower. She and her team are recipients of a 2019 OSAW award for public education.
