Connor Nelson

Connor Nelson serves as Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Markets at the National Hydropower Association, where he leads advocacy before federal agencies and conducts research on regulatory and market policy trends affecting hydropower and pumped storage. He also manages NHA’s New Hydropower Development Roundtable and Pumped Storage Development Council, convening developers, utilities, and policymakers to advance new project development and modernization across the United States.
