Jennifer Polardino

Jennifer Polardino is a Cultural Resource Specialist at Kleinschmidt Associates, advising clients on cultural resource strategy, permitting, and environmental planning for energy and infrastructure projects. She previously spent over a decade at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission supporting hydropower licensing (including amendments and surrenders), compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and Section 106 consultation under the National Historic Preservation Act. Jennifer has formal training in Section 106 compliance, tribal consultation, and historic resource protection, and regularly works with agencies, consultants, and Tribal Nations to advance effective compliance. She holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kansas State University.
