Rachel Dibble

Rachel Dibble is the Vice President of Generation Asset Management at the Bonneville Power Administration in Portland, Oregon, where she leads the planning and execution of financial investments in the Federal Columbia River Power System's assets. She also leads the coordinated system operations—covering long-term, mid-term, short-term, and real-time planning—to fulfill combined power and non-power requirements. Previously, Rachel served as Vice President of Bulk Marketing, overseeing the energy trading floor, long-term purchases and sales, transmission scheduling for power trading, and economic and pricing analysis. She has held various other leadership positions in Transmission Marketing & Sales and Corporate Strategy at Bonneville. Prior to her 18 years of service at Bonneville, Rachel worked at Salt River Project in Tempe, Arizona for over 10 years.
