Jon Cofrancesco

Jon Cofrancesco has been with the Commission for 36 years and spent most of this time working in hydropower license compliance.  As an Environmental Protection Specialist with the Commission’s Division of Hydropower Administration and Compliance, Jon works on a wide variety of land resource areas and post-licensing matters, including shoreline management and development, non-project use development, recreation resources, and property rights.  During his time with the Commission, Jon has also coordinated and facilitated shoreline management workshops with FERC licensees and played a leading role in the development of several shoreline management and recreation guidance documents.
