Kerri-Anne Thorpe is the Communications Uses and Hydropower Program Lead with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), bringing extensive expertise in the lands and realty programs, rights-of-way, and public land policy. Based in the Las Vegas Field Office, she provides technical guidance on federal land laws, develops national policy and instructional materials, and oversees the BLM Hydropower Program. Throughout her career, she has served as a subject matter expert on communications sites, hydropower, bonding, and complex realty actions, frequently advising leadership, coordinating with federal and state partners, and contributing to high-level briefings. Kerri-Anne has also held supervisory and managerial roles across multiple BLM offices, leading lands and realty staff, streamlining realty processes, supervising renewable energy programs, and developing national training for realty specialists. She is known for her strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, and commitment to responsible public land stewardship.
