Steve DeWitt

In his current position, Mr. DeWitt develops and manages multiple marine hydrokinetic wave, tidal and current energy device and testing facility projects. Prior to arrival at DOE, Mr. DeWitt held multiple assignments at the Naval Sea Systems Command, including the Director of Naval Shipyard Operations and Deputy for Corporate Operations, Naval Warfare Center, Carderock Division. His other naval experience includes assignment as the Engineering Department Head at Trident Refit Facility and qualifications in Submarine Warfare, Naval Nuclear Propulsion, and Command of Naval Nuclear Submarines.
