Jot Splenda

ot Splenda is the Branch Chief in the Environmental and Project Review Branch in the Division of Hydropower Administration and Compliance. In this role, Jot oversees staff processing a wide range of compliance activities such as voluntary and implied surrenders, license amendments, production tax certifications, complaints, extensions of time, license term extensions, non-operating projects and the liaison for Division of Dam Safety Regional Office support as well as providing support to other branches. Prior to joining the Commission, Jot worked as a consultant assisting licensees with license applications, resource studies, and compliance filings. Jot has a Master’s in Environmental Science and Management in Water Resources and a B.S. in Ecology and Evolution from U.C. Santa Barbara.
